Challenging monthly peer group meetings

The greatest asset of The Leadership Academy is our members. They inspire us to do what we do, challenging, encouraging and supporting each other to produce exceptional results.

Our mission is to improve lives, which is no mean feat. To succeed you need support, but you also need challenging with brutal honesty. Your peer group of up to 12 Academy members hold monthly “board meetings”, to share experiences and knowledge from their sector and to help you tackle the issues you face.

We are honest in a way that others cannot be, holding your feet to the fire with no personal agenda beyond the wish to help you improve, reviewing your plans in a non-judgemental environment. Our members say that peer groups are their last line of defence against a bad decision.
