The Leadership Academy offers a four-tiered, holistic approach for you to become the best version of yourself. Firstly, be inspired by exceptional, world-class business speakers; secondly, take part in confidential monthly peer-group board meetings to share problems and allow your plans to be scrutinised in a challenging, supportive environment in order to reach an optimal solution. Thirdly, receive one-to-one coaching where you can really explore in depth the personal challenges you are facing. Finally, you will be able to participate in twice-yearly retreats with your fellow group members that focus on your own personal and business goals – for business, for family and for yourself.
